NX Memo - Accessing Technical Support

 


 

MTC / Restaurant Master NX Technical Support Department can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. We are Your Technology Partner and we are always here to service your technical needs.

 

These hours are maintained for your convenience for emergency purposes. If you have a mission critical situation and require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. If it is affecting your ability to service your customers, we want to know about it.

 

Please direct all non-emergency items / questions to our technical support staff or your account manager during business hours 8-5 on weekdays.

Generally we will return your call within 10 minutes of receiving your page. Please allow 1/2 - 1hr for a return call before re-paging. This pager is equipped with technology that confirms the receipt of your page with the service provider or continues to page for 72 hours until receipt is confirmed. Occasionally our tech will be in a bad coverage area and the page will be received as soon as we return to the coverage area.

Before calling technical support, please make sure you have reset/rebooted the station or piece of equipment that is causing your issue. Many times this will resolve the issue.

If you would like to e-mail an issue in, it will be addressed during business hours or the following business day. Please direct support E-Mails to support@mtcinc.com and a notification page will be sent upon receipt.

MTC has a trouble ticket system (Online Helpdesk) where you can report issues via the web and have a response e-mail sent back to you when the issue is resolved.
