NX will ask you to swipe the card

Accept Order

Accept payment from customer

Steps to Redeem a gift card.

Login and…

Ring up an order or cashout an existing order

Choose giftcard payment type

Type amount

Swipe card

Accept remaining payment or cashout ticket

Steps to check a balance

(direct customer to website oggis.com)

or

Choose Add/Edit Customers

GiftCard

Swipe or Key card

Choose Print Balance

Steps to Transfer a balance / switch dead card

Login to the Managers Screen

Choose Add/Edit Customers

GiftCard

Swipe or Key card

Choose Transfer Balance

Swipe a New card

Give new card to customer

Dispose of old card (it is no longer valid)
