MTC, Inc. - “Your Technology Partner” is pleased to introduce our Online Help Desk / Trouble Ticket System. This application allows our company and technicians as well as our customers to enter trouble reports into the system and track their progress and resolution from start to finish.
This system is intended for use on any non-emergency technical issues as well as billing or other inquiries you would like to make with MTC. We will respond to your issue in a prompt manner and you will receive updated email notifications as your case progresses through our system.

Steps to login:
1. http://www.mtcinc.com/support
2. Click on “Online Support System” (it will open in a new window)
3. Login Screen
Your Login Name is _________________
Your Password is _________________
To Create a New Case (3 Easy Steps):
1. Choose
2. Under “Select Asset” (Choose an appropriate description for your issue from the list.)
3. Type your “Problem Report” and Click “Save”
To View Open Cases:
Click “Home”
To View Open/Closed/Hold Cases:
Click “Cases”
To View a Detailed Case Screen:
Click the BLUE Case #
You may add notes or attachments, view technical notes by clicking on the blue date or email the technician by clicking on their name.
Click When Finished
To Update Your Personal Information or Password:
Click “Profile”
NOTE: DO NOT USE THE BACK BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER ON THIS SYSTEM. IT WILL CREATE UNEXPECTED RESULTS BECAUSE THIS IS AN ONLINE APPLICATION. USE THE DONE BUTTONS INSTEAD.
