RMNX Telephone Line Requirements and Specifications
1. 1 x Dedicated Internet line such as DSL or cable modem
a. DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) is available via the phone company or any number of outside providers. We need a minimum line speed of 144K (384K + recommended) and a single static IP address is recommended for all features to work correctly. This line is used for remote maintenance, system updates, online reporting, online ordering and remote access.
Note: For remote camera viewing purposes, it is recommended that you acquire the fastest DSL connection available. I.e. 1.5mbs or 784K

RMNX Electrical Circuit Requirements and Specifications
1. The computer system requires its own ISOLATED/DEDICATED circuit to function smoothly. There cannot be any other devices on the line i.e. Blenders, Freezers, Heaters etc. This is very important to the proper functioning of your new computer system. It is preferable to have this circuit identified by an orange plug or some other means. A plug must be supplied at the location of each computer, printer or other device.
2. Remote Camera and Printer locations require a power receptacle within 4 feet.

RMNX Ethernet Cabling Requirements and Specifications
1. Conduit – It is preferable that we have complete conduit run for our cabling. This is usually provided by your general/electrical contractor.
2. T568B Termination and Hardware (provided by MTC)
3. Category 5 E Cable and accessories (provided by MTC)
Generally Cabling is included with your POS bid and services are provided by MTC staff.
RMNX Credit Card Processing Requirements and Specifications
Your new computer system is designed to quickly process credit cards via a standard DSL line (see Phone Spec Sheet).
We use Virtualnet, which is integrated into the system. VirtualNet recommends VisaNet for the clearinghouse. Most banks and other financial institutions can provide the appropriate processing services.

Manual Close Batch
Note: We prefer to use Century Bank Card Services.
