For Global Payments, just store the batch total as the amount settled since Global does not return this value

For Global, do not allow anyone to attempt to settle the same batch more than once without a Technician Password

In the VitalNet table, store the last batch number attemped to settle as well as the response

Validate Credit Cards even if they are swiped, and validate ALL right before sending to Global/Vital
