Voiding a Credit Card

Voiding a c/c in the RMNX system is simple. There are two ways to do it:

METHOD 1. VOIDING PAYMENT METHOD

If the ticket is still active, but there is some type of problem with the payment then you don’t need to void the whole ticket, instead, just void the payment of that credit card transaction.

1. Login and go to the server screen.

2. Hit cash out ticket, then enter the ticket #.

3. Once at the cash out screen, hit the credit card payment, then hit delete payment.

4. The credit card with automatically void and then you can re-cash out or make any other necessary changes.

METHOD 2. VOIDING TICKET METHOD

If you would like to get rid of the ticket entirely, then simply

1. Login and choose the order you would like to void.

2. Hit the void order button.

3. Follow the prompts for information and the system will automatically void the c/c attached to that order.
